Refund Policy: TMHacks22 provides a limited refund policy. For products that have not been activated or used, we may offer a partial refund. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus an administration fee and payment processor fee, which together may total up to 50% of the original payment price. The exact amount of the fee is determined at our discretion, based on the specifics of each refund request. Once a product has been activated, it is considered used and non-returnable; no refunds will be issued for activated products. All refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team within 48 hours from purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.
